
Born in Texas, Gemey Clizbe lived most of her first 20 years in Oklahoma where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in Education with minors in English and mathematics.
At twenty-one she matriculated to the Monterey Peninsula where she taught sixth grade at Noche Buena School in Sea Side, California. There she met and married her husband, then moved to San Jose, Anaheim, Zaragoza, Spain and finally to Brea, California in Olinda Village, teaching middle school math, English, science, and history. She was in charge of the Gifted and Talented program in the Placentia Unified Schools for 10 years.
Along the way, Gemey earned her M.A. from Azusa Pacific University, had two beautiful daughters and two fantastic grandchildren.
Blessed from the beginning, Gemey, was raised by two truly beautiful Christian parents in the Baptist Church and gave her life to Jesus Christ at a very early age.
Gemey now teaches math and science to middle school students at Bundy Canyon Christian School and strives to serve her Lord and Savior every day.
